Any idea why this file crashes my antivirus scans EVERY time?

I've not been able to perform a full scan on my system for some time now due to this file. It doesnt come up as infected or anything, just locks my whole system up, even task manager won't respond or open.

Any ideas?

Hmm, it could tie in with installation of Office actually. I'll have to check that.....how can I check what date I installed a program?
