Just rang them up as i am due an upgrade and i am after a N97,
they said they can do this if i pay £130 for the handset, and then 45 or 24 months
i told them to bollox, as dial phone can do it for 18 months 45 and no handset price.
jw why this is ?

i had this isuue with vodafone direct i went into phones4u and they were able to upgrade my existing contract for free.

Robbo is working for the Ireland accountants or something like that, I believe bubblevaux works for Vodafone in some way though.

I can't remember the exact reasons but I had this issue and left Vodfone after 10 years. Retentions would not offter a new N95 at the time and wanted cash with no contract incentive. I just went to dialaphone and got it for free with cash back as well  . They do have some strange upgrade costs.

Aye speak to bubblevaux he'll help out. The main reaosn is the other deals are to tempt new customers, the way the amrket works unfortunately
