Hi folks.

Looking for a free product that will take an entire backup of my hard drive into a single file, or split archive, to the burn to CD/DVD incase of disaster, and then be able to recover it later.

Any suggestions?

Unless you have a tiny hard drive you'll need lots of dvd's, or a truckload of cd's.

Acquire Acronis True Image, burn a recovery disk and buy a really cheap external HDD. Static Bag it and box it up with the recovery CD.
