im lookin at buyin a manifold for my corsa 1.6 16v and i have found sum that emliminate the egr system i am jst wondering wot else i would have to do if i buy that manifold or sould i just get the janspeed one that keeps it ?

the thing your thinking about is not the egr. its called the SAI, all it does is heat the cat up quicker when the engine is cold to help with emissions so its perfectly fine to get rid of it. The EGR is on the bottom inlet manifold
i would also go for the janspeed even if you dont want to keep the SAI as its the best manifold you can get for £150 in my opinion

yep they fit on no problem, the hard bit is fitting the dam manifold a fair bit of parts to remove to make enough room to get it in.

one plug on the unit just tape it up and hide it, block the small hole on the switch part as it sucks air in otherwise.
