weh i stand on the brakes they dont seem to brake that well.. ya konw when you pump the brakes when the car is turned off they go soild and you cant pump no more, well after 3 pumps the pedal goes hardish and then fades a bit, when your driving you need to really stand on the brakes if your going fast at all!
the pads where changed about 2 months ago and i cant see the pads being done
anybody know whats seems to be worng?

I think that if you just changed the brakes and didn't bleed them, it's probably the cause of the problem mate.
They feel really spongy and not responsive yer?

havn't got a clue, but they should have been bled, it's just air trapped in the system making braking less effective, so you need to get the air out of the system is all, you'll need 2 people to do it as well (an assistant to pump the brake pedal)

what brakes are they?? if they are smaller callipers (std 1litre or 1.4 even), the effective braking capability wont be great after being pushed for a couple of bends.
bigger brakes make a big difference, uprated components then make a big difference again...
