Noticed last night that my c905 seems to be broke Before yesterday, whenever i pressed a button when it was locked/on sleep screen? it would "awake" and show the part to tell you to unlock the phone, which now it doesn't.
Also when you slide it open, it is really laggy and sometimes will just stay as a blank screen, and also I had a call on my way home, and the phone was vibrating, but the normal ringtone I have didn't play, and the screen was just black...
Sorry if that doesn't make much sense Could it be some sort of software issue?
Thanks

probably needs a software update.
mine went back ages ago because the headphones wouldn't work and it wouldn't get signal. they just changed all the insides of the phone and it works fine now.
loads of problems with these phones though. they are shit for this

Can you update it from the SE site then?

its actually one of the most reliable phones we have ever sold.
Sounds like a software update should cure it tho!

As per Jambo...

Recent incarnations of SE phones have been plagued with Firmware issues. Really lets the brand down as the phones are very good!

Tried to update the software with SE's "Update Service" and it says I have got the most up to date software?

I had exactly the same problems a month ago. It had latest firmware on, but it wouldn't unlock properly and was always losing signal.
Sent it back to be repaired and they replaced the keypad and did something else. They also stated that they had updated the software, which was a lie as it was already up to date
