Managed to break my standard iPod headphones the other night

I know many people say how bad they are, but I liked them!

Anyway, on the lookout for some replacements, and have seen Skullcandy Ink'd ones seem to be pretty cheap in HMV atm. Couple of mates have them and say how much of an improvement over standard iPod ones they are too.

Just seen a few reviews online saying how they aren't built very well though and break after a couple of months?

Just after peoples views on them please!

Cheers,

Rich

I have the full metal jacket ones and love them, not sure what the price is compared to the ink'd ones.

Look at some sennheisers iv got the cx500-ii's but got my girlfriend the cx200s off play.com the other day for about £15 and they are just as good as mine (which i paid £50 odd for!), great sound quality and had mine for over 6 months which is amazing for me.

I have Sennheiser CX300 and Skullcandy Ink'd earbuds for my iPod. The Sennheisers sound better and fit better too.
The Skullcandy ones can hurt my ears after a while, no matter what size bud I use.

Hmm ok, maybe I'll give the Sennheiser ones a go then. Especially at £10.97 as that's cheaper than the Ink'd ones on offer in HMV atm.

Cheers for your input guys

Deffo get them for that price, infact I might get a couple for spares just incase. They usually retail at about £70 when I got my cx500-iis so £10 odd is amazing (think the only difference in cx-500 an cx500-ii is a slight appearance change! not worth the extra)

Just ordered the CX500's in black off Play for £11.99 delivered. Couldn't find them any cheaper. Still a good price though! Ideally wanted the white ones, but not paying £4 more just for a colour

I ordered some white ones earlier today from play after people mentioned them on here.

Im not sure why as I love my Skullcandy ones but will give these a try too.

Sennheiser are doing alright out of us all now!

Munchy - cheers for the offer mate, but decided I'll stick with the black ones - I have a black iPod anyway so will go alright with it I reckon
