valve guides have to be heated,
got to cook the head up to 300 deg C and then they are drifted out fella..
well thats what its like on old school engines
and valve guide oil seals, just use a pair of long nose plyers and they pop off they are a bugger sometimes.. but do me a favor and get the valve guides checked as you dont want to be doing this all over again if they are goosed and you just change the oil seals
