Ive just got a universal remote central locking kit which is meant to be added to my existing central locking, but i'm having some trouble wiring it up. Here are the instructions ive got:

This pic is of the plug that plugs into the central locking motor (on the drivers side)
http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/1382/plugwires.jpg
The colour of the wires are: black and yellow, red and black, brown and white, red and brown, and brown.
My questions are:
1, Is this where I should be wiring the kit to?
2, Which wires are the 'up,' 'down,' and 'commonline'?
3, Where would be the best place to power it?
4, Where can I wire the light flash output?
5, Where is the wire for the boot so I can make that unlock as well?
Any answers much appreciated!

In the right hand footwell drivers kickpanel, theres a ecu for the whole central locking system, if I recall the word kiekert or something german was written on it, I wired mine up to this. Tried to find the wiring scheme that I did but I must have thrown it away sorry. It's a bit hit and miss though, took me a bit of time to get it right, but when you get it working it's worth the hassle.

Ive kind of got this half working now, when I lock the car it locks, then unlocks straight away. Think this might be because ive not wired up the boot yet.
Does anyone know where/what colour the wire is to unlock the boot?

That's a common problem, usually involves switching two wires around iirc it's the lock/unlock wires
