I've cracked the screen on my Nokia 5800 music xpress. But the phone is generally slow, keeps freezing etc. Is there anyway I can get orange to replace it with a new one?

unless it's insured, I wouldn't be expecting anything tbh

it is insured but as its less than 6 months old my excess is 50 quid which I don't have at the moment.
I remember with my old nokia i got it replaced a couple times as it kept going tits up, crashing etc. but when I phone 150 the option to speak to someone if you have a damaged phone isn't there anymore.

have you got a natwest bank account? upgrade to gold account and you get phone insurance through that

Can't whilst at work, just gonna have to phone and try wing it. I know for a fact they wont replace it for a broken screen. Anyone know what I could say to make them replace it?

You've broken it, there's no argument you can make really is there. Only way would be an insurance claim.
