well after the heavy rain the other week we had a slight problem with our ceiling in our bedroom getting more and more damp by the day so i sent myself to investagate 
its turns out that there has been a few tryed and failed attempts at sorting the problem and its just got worse by the looks of things!
for one there was cement everywhere holding tiles down patching ect and none of it was any use so i decided to strip it right back and sort the problem.
you'll see in the pictures that the boards under the tiles have basically rotted away and are completly soaking from the rain,
so here's a couple of pics to let you's see what i'm up against today
just been to get myself some supplys and i'm just about to start 
just purchased 12mm exterior ply, roofing felt, felt adisive, inch by half inch strapping, bag of builders sand, cement and a who load of curage
