doing an x14xe conversion into a nova using standard management.
just purched a set of ecu/transponder/key chip.
there is a plug coming off the red plug for my ecu, with black/green, black/blue and black/white going to 3 pins of a 4 pin plug as in the picture...
i had presumed this was the wiring for the transponder, but it seems to be something else (abs perhaps?)
this is the plug on the transponder, its male and has 9 small pins on it...
i dont have a plug anything like this off the engine loom and obviously the dash loom in the car is from the nova and so is irrelevant. do i need to find a corsa to cut the plug off of? or is there more to it than that.

related threads is showing alot of people using haynes wiring diagrams to wire the plug into their looms. will investigate this but would still appreciate some replies with any info. cheers

been working out the wiring from the haynes manual. googley eyed but it making sense a bit

worked out all my wiring now. just need to identify which wiring loom connector is referred to as X13 in the wiring diagrams. anybody shed any light? other wise i'll need to scour the entire book of digrams till i find it as its not indexed.
