This was in my old office which was next door to maidenhead exchange
Call Easynet, tell them your not happy and that you wont be paying until you recieve the down speed your meant to be paying for tbh.

I have given up mate, my aprents are techno-fobes and take FOREVER to sort stuff like this out, they keep giving excuses to them and they just day ok well thats good then and hang up....

Up to 8mb but there ping is always spot on which is good for gaming and its £7 a month
