Well, fines, points, possibly revoke. Worst of all, think of this...

If you kill somebody, injure somebody or crash into a decent car, the insurance won't pay out...that means YOU have to pay it out. Your 1.0 is probably worth...£600-£800? If you declare your new engine, you pay an extra £100 tax per year and probably £500 more insurance? idk. Anyway, compare £600 (for example), against £10k compensation for somebody with twisted legs, or having to sort somebody's Merc out. It's going to be easier if you go legit...at least you won't have to worry about being caught all the time.

I recently went legit with my insurance, told them all my mods, got business cover. It's costing an arm and a leg but at least I know if I have an accident, it's not coming out my pocket and it puts my mind at rest.

Just some friendly advice
