What are you hoping to achieve with a jailbreak? Use it on a network other than O2? Or just install loads of apps etc?

Download blackra1n (google it, should be the first website then click the icon of the Windows logo). Once it's downloaded, plug your phone in via USB, male sure iTunes isn't running and open up then application. Finally press 'make it rain' and leave it to do
it's thing. It takes around 2minutes, the phone will reboot and that's it!

You might want to install an application called Cydia (mentioned in a lot of tutorials and what not). In this case once jailbroken, on your phone open up the new application 'blackra1n' and choose Cydia.
