has to be a free program, did have one like 3 PC's ago, no idea whats good to use these days

Iv got a free one on the mac but on my old laptop I had mediaface 5 which is good, not free but you can acquire it easily.

My dad has used Cover XP before, from what I can remember it seemed alright. I use Nero Cover Designer.
