the head is heated then they are drifted out mate you can do it yourself if you stick the head in a oven at about 220*c then get the propper drift

I made up a tool in work to do this after I did in about a dozen on the XE. I just drifted them out with the head at room temp then shrunk the new ones with liquid nitrogen. All good now.
