Seems a waste to make them rip it down, surely when theres a housing crisis/recession/worse offences going down the council official (read jobsworths) should just fuck off!!

Its his own land, its not like hes operating an underage brothal or hiding al qaeda in his barn.

I can see why there must be controls in place but surely common sense should provale

was on nighbours from hell

nice house, but the bloke was a fucking arsehole about it all

im sure they are only making him rip it down because his attitude stinks and he thinks he is above the law....probs why he didnt get planning in the first place

i'm sure it said in the paper it was green belt land which is why he had to built it whilst hidden as he knew he was not allowed to construct anything on it.

Common sense is that you get all the proper paperwork in place before you start work.

He always knew from the start the work was done at his own risk and they could tell him to take it down. Glad they have tbh. He seemed like a right arse on that TV programme
