just called to do my early upgrade, my contract ends in 90 days and ive been told i can upgrade early from today to get my iphone.
called up and what a surprise, the policy has changed and you cant upgrade until 50 days before youre contract ends this is why i left t-mobile and went to voda because they did the same to me!
happily though after 45 minutes, 3 differnet peopl and plenty of holding they decided they will honour that last phone call and let me upgrade. so yes, they changed their terms but they decided not to be cunts and upgrade

Vodafone are alright when youre a bit pushy. Ive claimed £130 out of them in for charges over the past 6 months just by threatening to leave.

it was changed to 50 days due to ofcom guidance.
its gay, but if you complain about it, because its only guidance we will do it.

ofcom guidance? i must say im impressed that they actually cared enough about me as a customer to give me what id been promised, unlike t-mobile who basically gave me a big "fuck you" in the same situation
