lately the gears are really hard to go in i have to give it a good hard push and reverse just grinds till it gos it i dont want to damage it much more
would it be gearbox fluid?
i have to keep getting my dad to ajust my clutch it used to stop it but it hasnt this this anyone no what could be the problem?

check your fluid, is it easier to find a gear when the car has warmed up?
but it sounds more like your gearlinkage has a worn bush, or has slackened, this is common.

it's hard to go gear when its ht which made me think it might be fluid
is the gear linkage easy job to change?

Yeah it's pretty simple, fiddely, and don't throw ANY parts away, (i throw away a wee clip, later relised i needed it) you'd find a good guide using the search mate
your linkage is fine i'll assume, i reckon just a bush, 2 new ones wouldn't be much and take you half an hour to change.
