Is quite possibly the worst most useless, slow, incomplete, basterdised peice of shite software i have ever, ever ever used.

I have spent the last 2+ hours trying to do a software update.

Last time i did it, i plugged in and clicked update returned 20mins later all done.

Ovi suite wont recognise the N97 and neither will the software updater. Tearing my hair out

I've never been able to get it to work with my phone, its such a bad piece of software.

I cant believe it can possibly be as bad as Norton, or iTunes, surely? Works fine on my 5 year old PC (that struggles to play YouTube videos at decent FPS )

It worked ok on my 5800.

It is a bit of a slow program and could do with some improving, but it's not worse than iTunes or Norton as suggested.

I tried to update it this weekend and it stopped downloading at like 33% - I thought it was my web connection at fault!

Might try again later see if its working again.

My mate downloaded it yesterday to update his phone software as when he does it through the phone it says no updates available. It won't install on Windows 7 Fail tbh.

I have read on the Nokia forums lots of people experiencing problems with it not recognising the phone in PC suite mode... All reccomend factory reset as soloution and that doesnt bloody work. Useless!

Hmm. My mate's phone is 5800, same as mine, he said it just wouldn't install the software updater on 7.

Strange, this
