I've got a set of colour clocks off ebay, but in order to preserve my correct mileage I want to just change the faces over onto my existing clocks.
I've managed to get the needles off the fuel and temp guage, but the speedo doesn't seem to want to come off.I can't see any reason why it won't come off, like grub screw or anything but I don't want to force it and bend the spline or anything.....
Am I missing something?

The needle just pushes on, I used a spoon to gently prise mine off.

It definitely just needs a good pull
I didn't think it was going to come off either Pull it hard enough and it'll come.
