I'm thinking it's fake, but there seems to be too many videos on youtube about it. Truely amazing if it is real though

It does seem a little too good to be true. We shall see on the 12th April

holy shit.
That's some seriously clever programming...
The hiding lens flares etc aren't that impressive, I could understand it getting all pixels in a given area and figuring out how to balance them and replicate any destined patterns...
but... the panoramic - is screaming bullshit... how does the code know how the clouds will continue to swirl or whether the mountains will go up or down.
Whats more, taking the lens flare example.. when he removes the lens flare from the bench... how does the system know to remove the lens flare and not the bit of bench??
hmm... it's seriously clever if its true

It does just depend on the quality of how it does it. Removing the tree seems fairly believable. However the panorama is just madness!
Photoshop has been able to remove lens flare for quite a few versions, however it's never been able to do it in one go like that.

Also, as it was Adobe's own demo, the images could have been selected to demonstrate the software at its best.

That's awesome. My kind of Photoshop - I've always wondered if something like that did exist.

If real, which I really hope it is that is truly incredible! the amount of time that would save is massive and looks such a great finish.

I really think that's fake. Look at the last image, how is it even remotely possible that it adds a bump to the right hand side? Why would it do that?
It would be so easy to fake that too, like, effortless... Give me 30 mins and I'll make a even more realistic 'fake' version of that in all honesty.
But IF it is real, it's amazing, out-of-this-world in terms of programming but I just can't see it. I really can't.

Anything on the internet is fake, it's an April Fools despite the fact that it's the 25th March.
