Currently fitting an x16xe into a nova and have this wire left over, it comes from the main fuse on the engine loom but not to sure where its supposed to go? thanks

Looks like the earth that goes on the bottom right inlet manifold bolt. It looks like an earth, so I'd earth it.

If you have an EML, earth it and see if it goes away.

Thanks for your replys guys, now i was thinking earth, purely down to the fact its got an eye on the end of it, but firstly why is it black and not brown like the rest of them? and secondly why would an earth run to the 30amp fuse in the big black box? Surely that would mean it would have to be some sort of live?

Any further help would be appreciated!
