Bottom comment of 2 per day makes sense due to it being a new item/fad.

Lifetime limit of 10 still seems bizarre.

I can perfectly understand them preventing people from stock piling them as it's a highly anticipated product. They're not going to place lifetime bans on people from buying them. How do they even enforce such a thing?
