using the keys. can get them from halfords or a good car audio retailers, shouldn't cost more than £5.
they look like a piece of wire coathanger in a U shape.
If you have a local car audio shop that do installations ask nicely and they will probably do it for you for free.

if its factory fit then in each holes theres a tiny allen key headed screw that need to be removed before you can put the pins in
