christ im lucky if i get 1mb have the time

proper pisses me off though because whenever i ring up its goes fine for about a week and then its back to shite.

Currently D/L is 224kps upload is 110kps

This is a common misconception that I agreed with until recently.

Their customer service/support is wank, the service is actually really good when it's working.

yeah i had a couple of problems with my connection other week phoned customer service up and you really do struggle to speak to anyone who is english ended up been my router what was knackerd but they sent it out pretty quick

because whilst watching it no other site would load at all, and after watching it no matter what site i go onto it takes months to load up (apart from cs thank christ)

up to 8mb unlimited £7 a month with them.
speedtest.net and I get atleast 5.5mb when ever I do a test there.

I pretty happy, is some down time, cuts off once a day but its only for 30sec -1 minute.
