we have a wet system and to be honest - they do not push out that much heat unless you get a large one
They do look good though and are functional

Will one warm and dry a towel? Nothing like a warm used towel IMO

Yep, fine for warming towels but not for heating the room unless you go for a larger one as above.

I have one, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to turn it on. I think the switch is in my bedroom behind my wardrobe
