What happens when you visit the website? How does it work. Just tells me I'm not on a i-product.

Apparently fails on iPad 3.2.1 so might give it miss until that's sorted for iPad & stay on 3.2

I had the site up and running last night but I didn't know if it was real or not so I cancelled. Now it's not working at all, found a couple of fixes though...

I found this on Youtube, seemed to do the job. Though I'm sure just clearing the cache and cookies would suffice....
If you are stuck at the purple screen, do these steps!!! (Only on 3GS or 4)
1) put your iphone to Airplane mode.
2) Go to -> Setting -> safari -> Cookies -> Accept.
3) Double tap home button.
4) Press and hold to quit safari (in multitask mode)
5) Clear all Cache n cookies.
6) Put your iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 back into wi-fi and or 3G mode.
7) Open safari and go to jailbreakme.modmyi.com
8) If it doesn't work just repeat the steps

Right so if I upgrade to 4.0.1 and then jailbreak what can I do to backup all my jailbroken apps and games so that I can just install them all in one go rather than have to manually download them all from installous again?

There is surely a massive security hole there for this to work though?

Backup and sync via iTunes, upgrade, jailbreak, sync.

Was wondering about that, I've never seen the screen do that on previous JB's...
