It won't be out may, it'll be out exactly the same as they are every other year.
It won't have an oled screen or a 1.2ghz processor, it'll be like a 3GS with a flash (or some other amazing thing apple invented)

It wont be out in May as the conference thing where they will announce it isnt until June
It wont be called anyhting with the words 4G in it as that has seperate connotations wrt LTE and 4G technologies
I think it may have a new design though, somethign to keep people intereste din the iPod/iPod Touch/iPhone line-up now that the iPad has come out (or maybe they'll not touch it to avoid cannabalising each others volumes)
Bets on the biggest size doubling to 64GB as thats what they tend to do every iPod Touch/iPhoen refresh (and Im hoping so too as my iPod has 50GB+ and Id like to be able to keep all music and ditch my iPod  )
OLED screen seems unlikely id say due to costs etc?

It will be out in June.
I think it will have an aluminium body to match their current design language if they change anything much, look at the iPad. I believe they are now obliged to put a user replaceable battery on it too. There will definitely be larger capacity models available.

I think it will stay the same size etc, but will have a faster processor and possibly more ram with doubled HDD space as Robbo mentioned.
I think they they will push it too far forward, as like they mentioned at CES, the ipad needs to stay between the iphone and mac.

I reckon they'll bump the storage to 64GB if anything and as John said, add a shit flash to the already shit camera.
Also, why did you even post that picture? Someone already mentioned it's shit old (you must have saw this before posting it, then again...), it also says 'iPhone OS 2.7', which would be rather stupid considering it's currently at 3.1.3.

I hope they dont make the back touch sensitive as i keep mine in a rubber case and that will then be pointless!
It will probally run similar to the iPad with iWork etc.. i expect 5 Mp camera, beter GPS, multitasking to an extent, apps running in the background

its hard with apple
i work at o2 and when the 3gs came out we found out 3 days befor the release into store
everything you hear apple/iphone is just rumour or speculation until it apple themselves release the info
however apple have released a new phone around may/june time so expect something around that time
