On the iPhone at the mo. My laptop which is less than 12 months old won't load up. It was shut down as normal just come to turn it on, the loading screen comes up then the screen goes blank(black) and nothing happens?
Tried launching from cd drive using the windows disk but no luck.

Is your laptop still running while the screen is blank? Do you have a disable/enable monitor key on your laptop? Usually the Fn button and one of the F keys (F1,F2 etc).

you do realise that:
Restoring you computer will delete everything you have added when you started using the computer. It is advisable to make a backup of your documents, files, folders, pictures, songs etc. on an external drive.
Once the computer has been restored, it will be exactly the same way you got it from Dell the first time. You can uninstall program which you dont use and you might have to install program which did not came pre-installed with the computer and you want it there.
You ok with that?
