Wonder if you can help. In the process of buying my first home with the Mrs. Just want to see how much your conveyancing fees were?
Mine has worked out to about £1100 - thought it would be more like £800

Think mine were around £1700 that was to buy & sell though.

She needed to do some negotiating on the price though? Maybe thats caused it?

my land registry transference fees for taking the ex's name off the deeds is £487 including £110 of Solicitors fees thats on top of a £65 revaluation fee

I think all our fees for buying (so mortgage product fee, solicitors, stamp duty, everything) came to £1750, but the builder paid our stamp duty for us, which would be around £1400
