Is it good enough to handle todays streaming requirements like YouTube videos, can it handle Flash 10 content (which I know my single core PC upstairs cant anymore ) and still have a few windows open?

I think the GS45 chipset does hardware flash decoding though so should do 720p.
The mini 311 I've linked to definitely does.

Shit netbook (that ain't no "proper" laptop), shit spec, and it's not even brand new.
Take a look on eBuyer or Amazon for some good laptop deals. For about £100 more you could get a much better spec, or if you're not arsed about it being brand new take a look on eBay for some bargains.
