Hi just looking for some advice, my corsa has failed its M.O.T on emissions, last year it was the same the garage replaced the lambada sensor and passed but now they dont know what to do. I have since fitted viper inlet, dbilas inlet manifold, courtney throttle body and 2" exhaust.

What can I do to improve emissions?

It's had an oil change 1000 miles ago and spark plugs are in top condition. I don't know what state the catalyst is in and I suspect that the garage tested it from cold on a -1 day :/

If the garage are testing the emissions when the engine is cold then take it else where

Ok so the car varies from smoking to not at all. Very odd, it's HC CO and lambada were sky high with the CO levels at about 10 instead of 0.9 ish. Any ideas?

I'm taking it to John Noble Motorsport on Monday.

Tell them u need the car for whenever say you have work and ask them for a time you can come in and have it done there and then. Just give it death all the way to the test station. If they are testing it when cold there not meant to and even if they are your obviously not going to want to go elsewhere and give up your free re-test.

Ive just reset the ECU and let it idle for 5 mins then taken it for a good drive. Seems to sit at 900rpm with no smoke, the oil is at 90C. Seems all good to me?
