You've got ddr3 ram on not only a ddr2 board but a microatx board and a midi case.

I'd spend a little more on the CPU and get something non-celeron (probably a pentium dual core).

mobo says it takes ddr3?

Never had issues here, infact they even replace a corsair PSU that went bang outside it's 1 year warranty. Although they aren't terribly cheap apart from their weekly discounts.
If you sign up to Hexus.net forums, then you can get free delivery at Scan.co.uk on any order over £20 (that was the case when i built mine a year or so ago). Plus scan tend to have some decent deals/discount going.
What's your budget anyways?

Ocuk tried to not RMA a motherboard I bought saying it must of been broken by myself when it wouldn't post.

11111000005000000% agree utter shite, when i was building my pc i got all my stuff from their, ram kept failing so took it back kept me waiting an hour before they told me to come back the next day once they'd tested it so went back the next day again another hour long wait if not longer only to be told again to go back the following day this went on for a week only for them to say yes we'll exchange it for another type lol which they still got pissy about lol oh however for all my wasted time they gave me a free cd case in the shape of a hamburger  which they were giving away anyway  that ended up on the floor/bin somewhere.

Agreed. They fucked me over with a graphics card I bought. I couldn't get it to work, sent it back, they sent it back saying it works fine which was bollocks. Ended up taking it into a shop and having something done to it to get it to work, I forget what but it was defo faulty.

You would also need a PSU, and I wouldn't ever build a pc for what your requirements are.
Just buy one, it will work out a better deal.
