Might be getting some money back...

Anyway, talktalk just phoned me up, I asked about 12 times for them to send me a brochure out with their pricelist and they ignored me.

Just had BT bill through and its far too big, who is the cheapest for landline and mobile calls now? I want to pay BT off and move away from them, 23p a minute to a mobile is too much imo, soon adds up if you have 20 minute calls here and there.

I've got landline and broadband with talktalk, costs about £26 a month I think.

Why do you need a brochure when it's all online?

The customer service is shocking, really really really bad, if something goes wrong you're fucked.

The service they are supplying me is great though.

Im just moving from pipex which is owned by talk talk, they bumped the price from 5 quid a month to 15 in march.

Took me 21 minutes to get to a person to deal with it.
