As the title really, want to have a video up on one screen and work on another.
When I go on Youtube / iPlayer and Maximise the vid, go accross to the other screen & click anywhere it goes back to its original size. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? I can't just stretch the size of it either, unlike Media Player / VLC.
Doesn't matter if not, would just better whilst having something on in the background.

Flash exits full screen when it looses focus, but there are patches out there for flash. Just Google 'Flash Dual Screen Fix'.
Otherwise open two browsers and zoom (Ctrl and +).
Edit - There are issues with a number of flash players, like TVCatchup, where it'll use the resolution from Monitor 1 (usually your first DVI/VGA output on your card). So if you fullscreen on your second monitor and it's a smaller resolution that the first, then it'll cut off some of the image. I've yet to find a fix for this
