I managed to crack my sump tonight so I thought instead if fitting another 1.8 sump, I'd fit the x16xe sump and manifold.

Does anyone know how much you need to shorten the oil pick up by?

I know you have to slightly mod the lower holes in the 1.6 manifold too, but is there anything I have missed?

Im not sure how much to shorten the pickup pipe by, might just be a case of trial fitting the sump and taking measurements and like you said bottom holes on manifold need filing upward 5mm, i think thats it.

Yeah I'm going to offer the sump up to see how it looks and work from there. I'm sure ive seen a couple of people do it but I can't find any info...
