thinking of buying some lowering springs off a m8 do i need to buy uprated shocks for the back??? if so how much would they be????

You can keep standard shocks, depends how low the springs are if they make the shocks bottom out or not.

to be honest mate id say upto 40mm lowering on standard shocks is the most id personally go and what ive heard others say, any more than 40mm and it'd be better to get uprated shock absorbers
