ive read the recent post about what to buy and the bushes, but how do you actually fit one?
how long does it take?
how do you fit a quickshift, are there ever any problems when fitting one?

It's bit of a sod to do on a X16XE, only because you can't really see what your doing, and it's pretty tight. The hardest part is re-fitting the main pin, because it's really tight going back into the hole.

Yeh ive just done a quickshift on my let with f28 i got the white nylon bushes with it and there a bitch to get the centre pin through i used a hammer in the end and tapped it  but linkage still abit stiff untill bushes bed in
