I used cans, and it came it really well. 12 months down the line, and the colour is still good and there is no crackin etc!

However, it took me a good week including sanding, priming, spraying + finishing.

be prepared to spend a day on each arch just to sand them down and get them really smooth. if you rush it the finish will be cack and wont last so just take your time. its worth it in the end

sand them, wipe them, primer them, sand them, wipe them, primer them, then paint about 4 coats on it

I didn't spend a day on each arch sanding them down. Bit OTT
Just whip out Captain Bosch Electric Sander and let him do all the work. Within a few hours you will have all 4 as smooth as a babies bum.
Agreed tho, Do not rush the painting part.

Having all my black bits colour coded in halesowen in 2 wks time bout time have a look at my arches lol
