Seen it done on a couple of corsa's. Basically have that little lip taken off.

Not 100% sure how it all works. Think its like on fords, u have a thing u pull inside car which pops it open

How about airbrushing your existing one? Not a good pic 'cos of the flash reflection, but it gives you an idea...

its its flushed you have to stick your fingers in to open it, i cant do marvs but he seems to have mastered it. alu ones look tatty, so does that airbrushed thing. if anything smooth it.
