Look through related threads or Nic Barnes' project thread.
He just used two pieces of metal, he has pics of the measurements etc in his project thread somewhere
Do you mean the bits that hold the bonnet up when its open?
Or the raise the rear of the bonnet when its closed?

I wouldn't advise doin this unless u intend on putting bonnet pins on as I know a bloke who didn't his bonnet ended up through his windscreen and caved in the front of his roof, this was on a Saxo but I would imagine the effect would be the same on most cars.
Just a word of advise make sure u put bonnet pins on!
