removed the rear wheel on misses clio to find the lip the wheel sits on and lines up on has snapped off

now do i need the whole bearing houseing? if that whats its called or does it come with a drum ?

Just a new drum, although I'd probably suggest a bearing too, especially if the outer race sits inside that collar.

its a press fitted bearing, you would destroy it taking it out.
probably pick one up from a scrappy cheap enough
