Just having a nosey aroiund my mk2 fiesta and found this

Head gasket likely gone? Or can moisture cause this?

Keep an eye on water and oil levels usually moisture causes this from short journeys etc

I do alot of short journeys to be fair. Engine seems fine, hoping its just a bit of moisture and not the HG.

Probally with the short journeys just keep checking ur oil and water regular check ur breather pipe is clear as well wouldn't worry if I was you mate

Why do people instantly assume HG when they only have a little bit of mayo. If there are no other symptoms and you only generally do short journeys then it's almost certainly just a bit of condensation.

Didnt automatically assume this hence the thread and not goin out and getting a headgasket kit.
