We had a ADT full alarm system installed around 10 months ago everything was fine until 2/3 months into having the alarm..
Alarm keeps failing, not willing to set, its had a new bell box and also main panel, we pay £25pm for 24/7 security and calls to police and alarm service when needed...
Its come to the point that we are pretty pissed off with having to phone ADT non stop to get them out to fix a problem plus paying for a service thats no working very well..
where do we stand? id like either a full brand new alarm installed at there cost or them to cut the contract and we will pay someone else to come in and install another type of alarm system..
anyone had any bother with adt? dealing with and there systems?

we have adt at work and they have been great exce-pt when we had over thrre false alarms in a year which meant spending money to keep it connected with the police, a quick call to a nice police lady and we were back on track, not a lot of help but ring them up and tell them that they are in breach of contract fro nhot supplying a service being paid for and tell them your are cancelling the contract on this bais
