i have got my corsa montana b version 1.4 16v 5door , i want to make some modifications to it that will not be too expensive and will make it look better and possibly more horse power? its 1995 year, already got on it induction kit, blue headlights, black mat bonet and bumpers, blue led lighting of inside and dashboard clock etc. chip tht u connect and improves 0-60 comin in post and lowering springs 60mm in post too, need front springs too, what else?

Nothing, after the chip. You're car will be so fast you'll crash it and mods will break.

De-cat straight through exhaust. Mot fail but it'll add a tad more power.
And as for the chip.. when you get it in the post, the first thing you should do is throw it in the bin
It'll make naf all difference and possibly melt you MAF meter

fuck the induction kit off too

stick with a de restricted airbox with a good panel filter

take the plastic tube out of the lid, then drill the bottom of the rest, but make sure you do it below where the filter goes

none of the stuff mentioned in here will make a noticable difference. Save your money rather than buying the tat and swap the inlet manifold.
