I need a new rear passenger axle as my current one is corroded/rusted 
How much would you expect to pay for a second hand one in good condition?
Also where would you get one except for the obvious (scrapyards etc)? Anywhere online?
On another note how much would you pay for a second hand tailgate?

I'm confused as to what you mean by rear passenger axle. Do you mean the hub?

The car failed the test last week.
On the printout they give you as to what you failed it on, it says Suspension: Axle assembly - corroded -nearside rear axle needs replaced.
Also Chassis and External body panels: Floor pan/underside/members - rusteaten/holed - nearside rear above spring seam weld.

Thanks mate, im actually looking for one in star silver so it will be a direct replacement.
Ive sourced two bootlids so far, I dont know how much they go for second hand, anyone any idea on prices?
Also does anyone understand the printout that was in my last post, basically I think I need a new rear axle and im not too sure about the other point.
I will be taking it to a garage this week to see what the damage is to the car and to my wallet hopefully not be too bad.
