Recently fitted a c20xe into my corsa, it seems there could be an air lock, perhaps?
the water pipes from the radiator blow up like a baloon but water pump and head gasket has already been changed? help plz

Sit with the header tank cap off and let the car get up to temperature. Squeeze the red top hoses and the bottom hose down by the block - if it's an air lock you'll see bubbles coming out as you squeeze the hoses/ while it's running.

if the above doesn't work, pull the thermostat out and replace it, check rad for blockages aswell.
