The wife decided that I do something with the patch of land that resembled a small jungle and turn it into a nice garden.

So a couple of phone calls later a skip and 1.5t mini digger were ordered.

The weather held out and the work began at 9:30am as soon as the digger arrived.

This was how it looked to start with

The digger was doing its job well but I ended up needing another skip which came that afternoon.

And the end result

Still got a huge amount of work to do but slowly getting there and its a good start lol.

Getting a drive built down the right hand side with a decent sized shed at the end with a bit of decking along the back right with a bit green covering the rest. I was gonna get turf but my mates garden has astro turf an I gotta say it looks great lol.

No idea mate, I think the most expensive part is the foundations.

Well after 8 tonne of Type 1 it still wasn't enough lol

Had to order another 2 tonne, also ordered my heel kerbs, 2 tonne of sharp sand, and 5 bags of cement. Getting there slowly but surely.

Looking good, bit of a strange layout of the garden from the house? is it separated from the house itself?
